SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
10DEEP RETURN POLICY:
Any customer who purchased Redo coverage will have free returns and exchanges. If the Redo coverage was not purchased, the customer can ship the item at their cost or a shipping label can be provided for $8. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start the return process all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item or items to be returned must be full price items.
- The return must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Must be in the original condition you received it in, unworn and unaltered.
- All original tags attached and free of damages caused by the customer. (No returns on masks, socks and/or any undergarments due to hygiene reasons ).
Please note: All sales on discounted and marked down merchandise are priced for final sale with no returns/exchanges and no price adjustments.

Once received, returns or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.
If the item that was received is defective due to the manufacturer, we will offer an exchange.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are shipped by the following business day(excluding holidays). 10DEEP is not responsible for any shipping delays which we cannot predict.
Domestic orders:
Standard Shipping - $8.00
Orders of $99 and up - FREE
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii:
Standard Shipping - $14.00
Note that 10DEEP is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
